Each two-story, estate-style building will be divided into villas and town homes. Villas are single-level residences. V1's are ground-floor residences with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. V2's are second-level residences with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. T1 and T2 are two story town homes with access to residence from it's own garage. The estates will feature a variety of 4-plex, 6-plex and 8-plex buildings priced from $650,000.
