Trump International Tower Las Vegas Condo Hotel
The Trump International Hotel and Tower will be 50 stories high and located at the cross roads of The Strip and Fashion Show Boulevard. The gold curtain wall tower will offer all Hotel Condominiums in addition to a health club and spa, a five star restaurant together with the finest amenities. Trump style has finally arrived in Vegas.
Trump Tower Construction
The Tower will be constructed of concrete and glass and adorned with a 24-karat-gold and glass top. Patterned after the Trump International Hotel and Tower in Manhattan, Trump Tower offers great views of the city, the mountains and the glittering Strip.
Condominium sales are shooting through the roof, even though construction on the high rise hasn't commenced. Construction is set to begin in late 2005 and executives estimate it will take about 18 months to completion.
Condo Unit Pricing
Condominium prices start in the high $500s, and go all the way up into the millions. Units in a condo-hotel can be used at-will and owners may also opt to place the units in a rental pool that will rent out the units like a hotel when they are not in use by their owners. There will be no time limits placed on the amount of time the owners must use their units as in other developments.
